The architectural construction sector, as well as the market of furniture and interior systems, is now increasing the use of glass, in substitution of other materials. The glass plates are becoming more and more popular with decorations, colors or other aesthetic effects. The single-head roller coater machine allows application of a uniform, even layer of paint with a working width of 1300 and 1800 mm. It is possible to apply high quality paints for the spandrel effect, granting absence of paint on the glass sheet edges, or achieving semi transparent effects such as etched or sand blasted.
It has become quite common to use different application techniques rather traditional ones, due to a growing need of applying various coating layers, along with different types of coatings (i.e. silicon based coatings). The double head roller coater allows to apply coatings having different chemical characteristics. Working width 1800, 2300, 2600 and 3300 mm.

The ideal use of this machine is in the ARC (anti reflective coating) application over glass usable in the industry of PV panels for solar energy.
The special roller application system allows to coat the float glass sheets like a frame, while the special conveying bench grants precision and makes easier the handling even when working on big dimensions glass sheets. One operator feeds the machine by activating the automatic cycle, thus allowing the frame coating and the automatic recovery of the glass sheet, ensuring the coating of other frames.
The best solution for high production lines is the curtain coater, which allows the application of big layer of paint at high speed. Ideal for mirror production lines, as well as for application of organic coatings this type of machine allows enhanced production due to a coating speed of over 60 mt/min.
The machines of Glassprint range represent the highest technological level of the traditional silk-screen printing machine with silk frame. The functioning is either semiautomatic (with manual load and unload of glass sheets) or fully automatic. The printing head is realized by using precise mechanisms, totally reliable and easy to use.

The drying of organic paints or paints that contain a high percentage of volatile components, requires a first stage of evaporation. This operation is only achievable through hot air laminar ventilation, whose temperature depends on the paint characteristics.
The high temperature EL ovens can dry ceramic enamels (or other paint types) in preparation for the subsequent cooking process inside the tempering furnace. The action of infrared radiation, obtained by electrically operating lamps, works in combination with the hot air ventilation and recirculation system. The special support and diffuser of infrared rays, is allowing the forced air heating without further waste of energy.
The high temperature CAT ovens can dry ceramic enamels (or other paint types) in preparation for the subsequent cooking process inside the tempering furnace. The infrared radiation is given by special catalytic burners, flameless, activated with natural gas (methane) or LPG. Each catalytic plate is capable of emitting simultaneously rays and hot air, with considerable energy savings.
In order to allow handling of the glass sheet after drying, the oven must be followed by a cooling tunnel. The forced air ambient ventilation, through air blades both upper and lower side, permits a gradual cooling, without critical stresses within the glass.
The systems can run with high level of productivity or high flexibility.
